Theros: Beyond Death will be tournament legal for Highlander as of January 24th. 2020, the day of the worldwide release date.
The recommended round-time for tournament best-of-three-matches is Sixty minutes.
Tournament organizers can sanction Highlander tournaments in WER as Casual Non-Rated Constructed events. When sanctioning, see also FAQ #12.
