Created: Tue Sep 27 18:11:17 UTC 2016 Design philosophy: Geared towards Finnish meta (blue, counterspells) we play uncounterable threats and/or efficient creatures with flash, which screw control's tempo. In early game we ramp with 2cc and up land spell, which are more resilient to hate than 1cc mana elves. Rest of the deck's mechanics are chosen to support having a lot of lands, lands entering play etc. Since we don't have 1cc elves for fodder anymore, we strive to play untargetable creatures, or mana walls that have double duty (mana and block). In Highlander, there's currently no reason not to splash another color so red has been chosen for Scapeshift win.
