Design philosophy: Based on build at http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/03-11-19-pYA-bant-artifacts/
Not as explosive as Academy-combo, but taking a more
traditional control role. Threats are not tutored but drawn. Less tutors mean
that we don't lose tempo when first threats are getting countered. Card
selection is also more "balanced": We play good counters, planeswalkers,
removal and creatures. Then wrap the rest around with cards that have broken synergy (Tolarian Academy).

Future direction: Lower the curve. More Artifact token generators needed (clue/treasure/food).
